Mahinay-Sero, CESE, Regional Director of the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XII (DILG Dose) actively participated as a panelist in the National Immunization Summit 2025 on November 30, 2025 at the Manila Hotel, Ermita Manila. She shared the stage as a panelist with Director Phlorita A. Ridao of NEDA XII. RD Sero and Ridao contributed to discussions on multi-stakeholder coalitions in immunization programs.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region XII (DILG Dose), in collaboration with the City Health Office of the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, administered influenza vaccines to its employees at the regional office on January 24, 2025. By ensuring that its workforce is protected through vaccination, it aims to minimize the occurrence of flu-related illnesses, maintaining the quality and efficiency of the regional operations.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XII (DILG Dose) formally turned over 32 solar-powered streetlights to the City Local Government Unit of Koronadal, South Cotabato on January 21, 2025. The streetlights were installed in Barangays Zone 1, Zone 2, and GPS along Alunan Avenue. This initiative was funded under the FY 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance - Incentive Fund (SGLG-IF), showcasing the government's commitment to fostering safer and well-lit communities.
On January 24, 2025, key stakeholders from Region XII (Rehiyon Dose) gathered for the Support for Local Governance Program (SLGP) – PMO RO Alignment Meeting. This meeting was an essential step in aligning the program’s 2025 initiatives with the Operations Plan and Budget (OPB) to ensure the successful execution of SLGP goals.
The meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to implement programs that enhance good governance, transparency, and accountability within local government units (LGUs). By aligning efforts, SLGP aims to support LGUs in driving inclusive development and improving public service delivery.
