To make public services better and promote a digital-first approach to governance, DILG XII held a training session on important national programs, such as the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-177 about Barangay Clearance for city and town permits, PALENG-QR PH, and the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop (EVOSS) for the Local Government Units (LGUs) of Arakan, President Roxas, and Makilala, Cotabato Province on April 10-11, 2025. The coaching session was attended by key DILG field officers and LGU officials.

The DILG Dose, as an active member of the EPAHP Regional Coordinating Team, participates in the SOCCSKSARGEN Forum on Negotiated Procurement-Community Participation – a procurement method that involves local communities in the process of buying goods or services for public projects, on April 10-12, 2025, in General Santos City.

In alignment with Memorandum Circular No. 59, s. 2023, which directs all government entities to support the implementation of EPAHP through appropriate procurement modalities including community participation, the DILG Dose continues to enhance local governance by actively promoting inclusive and participatory approaches in procurement.

The Municipality of Makilala, Cotabato officially launched the Electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU) System on April 2, 2025, marking a significant milestone in its journey toward digital transformation.The event participated by LGU department heads, punong barangays and esteemed guests from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) XII and Mainland  BARMM, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Easter Mindanao Region, and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII with the presence of Hon. Vice Mayor Atty. Ryan Tabanay of Makilala.

The Planado ang Dose Program (PLANADOse) Regional Inter-Agency Validation (RIAV) Team held its first coordination meeting, bringing together representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the National Economic and Development Agency (NEDA) on April 2, 2025 at The Farm @ Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

March 28, 2025: The celebration of National Women’s Month reached its peak with a grand culmination program at the 3rd floor DILG XII Conference Room, Prime Regional Center, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, uniting all Regional Gender and Development Committee (RGADC) XII members and DILG XII personnel in a shared commitment to gender equality and empowerment. With the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the event underscored the invaluable contributions of women across industries and communities in shaping a progressive nation.
