The DILG Region XII, in coordination with NBOO, conducted the "Capacity Reinforcement on ECLIP and its Information System for MILG-BARMM (CREIS4M)" to enhance the knowledge and skills of the newly designated MILG-BARMM Regional, Provincial/City focal persons and Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) Committees through a face-to-face training on April 18-21, 2022 at Greenleaf Hotel in Gen. Santos City.

To further increase the awareness of DILG Region XII personnel and employees, the Department conducted an “Orientation on National Quality Management System (NQMS) and Relevant Processes,” in coordination with the DILG Central Office QMS Secretariat on April 27-28,2022
During the orientation, DILG Central Office QMS Secretariat with its Head, Mr. Romar Panganiban and some Process Owners served as Resource Speakers to orient the Regional/Provincial/City Process Owners, QMS Focal Persons, QMS Secretariats, C/MLGOOs, All Contract of Service Personnel /Newly Hired and Appointed Personnel,and All Technical and Administrative staff via Zoom platform.

DILG XII recently conducted a much-needed retooling and refresher workshop for DILG field officers and EODB provincial focals on the Ease-of-Doing Business Program of the Department on April 20, 2022 at Greenstate Hotel, Koronadal City. This initiative is in line with the Department’s continuing improvement of LGU service delivery for compliance of LGUs.

After a series 11 straight weekly fuel price hikes, increases implemented by petroleum companies in the country, DILG XII Regional Director Josephine Cabrido-Leysa, CESO III acted quickly, knowing well that all of the employees and personnel who report for work at the Prime Regional Center in Barangay Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City will be greatly affected.

The Regional Inter-Agency Task Force on Covid-19, composed of various regional offices in Region XII, has met up with the local chief executives of Lake Sebu and Surallah in South Cotabato on April 6, 2022 for the first day of the ‘Face-to-Face Forum with LGUs on the Status of Covid-19 Vaccination and VAS Line list submission’ or the “Immersion Program Part II”.
For Lake Sebu and Surallah, DILG XII RD Josephine Cabrido-Leysa, CESO III was joined by ARD Lailyn A. Ortiz and the South Cotabato team, along with RD Akmad Usman of DBM XII, DTI XII RD Jude Constantine Jaugan, OCD XII ARD Jerome Barranco, PIA XII RD Ms. Cathy Apelacio and IPHO South Cotabato Dr. Rogelio Aturdido, Jr.
