The DILG XII, through its Project Development Management Unit (PDMU), spearheaded by Engr. Herminia S. Ontoy conducted an Orientation on the Omnibus Guidelines in Monitoring and Evaluation of LGSF-SBDP Projects and SubayBAYAN guidelines on June 07, 2021.

The activity aims to provide a venue for beneficiary LGUs to have a common understanding of the FY 2021 LGSF-SBDP projects monitoring & evaluation guidelines and familiarization on the procedures in using the SubayBAYAN platform to ensure efficient and effective program implementation.

The highlights of the orientation include the preparation of community-centered audio-visual presentations (AVPs) that shall focus on actual stories and experiences of the residents of the recipient barangays of LGSF-SBDP projects, and the creation of SubayBAYAN accounts by the provincial, city, and municipal focal persons.

The virtual orientation was attended by the Provincial Engineers and Provincial Planning and Development Officers together with other personnel from the Engineering Offices and Planning Development Offices of Kidapawan City and Provinces of Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat.

Also in attendance were the Outcome Managers of the four provinces of the region, C/MLGOOs of the beneficiary LGUs, DILG XII Regional & Provincial Technical Engineers, and PDMU personnel.
