The DILG Region XII, through its Human Resource and Management Office, conducted the CY 2021 New Employees General Orientation on January 28, 2021 via Zoom platform. Fifty (50) participants, composed of newly-promoted and newly-hired plantilla personnel and newly-hired and renewed Contract of Service (COS) personnel of the Region, immersed in a one-day full-packed presentation and discussion on various topics aimed to provide them a head start as they begin to actively take part in the implementation of the various programs, projects, and activities of the Department.

She also wised to “not allow this pandemic to simply limit the things that we can do and those that we can achieve'' and to “take these as opportunities to build resilience and ingenuity in achieving sustained success.”
