The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office XII (DILG XII) issued Certificate of Accreditation (COA) to Movers for Rurban Rehabilitation and Development towards Federalism (MRRD-Federalism, Inc.)- Region XII Chapter as an advocacy partner in its Transition to Federalism Project on April 23, 2018 after complying with the all the requirements provided in the DILG Circular No. 2017-21 dated 13 September 2017.

The Certificate of Accreditation was presented by DILG XII Regional Director Reynaldo M. Bungubung, CESO IV to Mr. Billy B. Baitus and Mr. Rogelio S. Mangubat, President and Chairman of MRRD- Federalism, Inc. - Region XII Chapter, respectively on May 2, 2017 at DILG Regional Office XII.
