The DILG Dose, through the Project Development and Management Unit, attended the Consultation Dialogue with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Office of Project Development Services (OPDS), and  DILG Regional Offices of VIII, IX, X, and XI at Apo View Hotel, Davao City on February 28, 2024.
 

In the first part of the activity, the DILG Office of Project Development Services (OPDS) interfaced with the DILG Regional Offices on the implementation of the RAPID-GROWTH Program by presenting the status updates of physical and financial accomplishments, FY 2024 physical and financial targets, operational issues and challenges faced by PDMUs of the respective regions and Policy consultation on the Subaybayan Program. 

In the second part of the activity, the DILG showcased the accomplishments, challenges, and actions taken on Project Implementation and Management, shared Management’s expectations for FY 2024 pertaining to the implementation and monitoring of Rapid Growth Projects, and identified the needs of each operating unit for the efficient and effective implementation of deliverables for FY 2024 by DILG and DTI.
