The Project Development Management Unit (PDMU) of DILG Regional Office XII together with DILG Provincial Office conducted Coordination Meeting with the CMGP Local Road Management Team to the four (4) provinces of Region XII on May 15-18, 2018. The objectives of the said meeting is to Apprise the provinces on the updates and deliverables in the implementation of the CMGP Program, and to Increase the awareness, understanding on the processes and guidelines of the CMGP Program.
The meeting was attended by the Provincial LGU Head of office: Provincial Administrator, Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, Provincial Engineer, Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, Provincial Treasurer, Provincial Accountant,Provincial Human Resource Management Officer,Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer,Provincial Assessor, Provincial General Services Officer,Sangguniang Panlalawigan Representative and Civil Society Organization Representative.
Provincial Governors who also joined the meeting are Gov. Daisy Avance-Fuentes of South Cotabato and Gov. Pax Mangudadatu of Sultan Kudarat.
The meeting ended with commitments coming from the Governors themselves to complete the project as scheduled and comply timely all the required documents to improve the performance of their respective provinces which is part/criteria for the CY 2019 CMGP Program implementation.
