43 Local Government Units (LGUs) of SOCCSKSARGEN Region have been certified by the Department of the Interior and Local Government for the 2023 Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) assessment.

In accordance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2014-13, an LGU will be certified as a GFH passer if it complies with the following: (a) The most recent available COA Audit Opinion is Unqualified or Qualified for CYs 2021 or 2022; and (b) compliance with Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) requirements for timely and complete posting of required financial documents in three (3) conspicuous places and on the FDP Portal from the second to fourth quarters of CY 2022 and the first quarter of CY 2023.
Out of 1,715 LGUs assessed nationwide, 80% or 1,365 LGUs were certified for the 2023 GFH.
