Awarding of Checks on Administered Package of Assistance from DILG under Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII together with the Provincial Task-Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) of Cotabato conducts an activity aligned with the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) today, May 27, 2024 at the Cotabato Provincial Capitol, Amas, Kidapawan City.

Together with the Joint Task Forces and Philippine National Police, DILG XII and PTF-ELCAC granted the DILG-Administered Package of Assistance to Former Rebels who choose to reintegrate into the community and with the government.

Mahinay-Sero CESE, attended the Department of Agrarian Reform’s (DAR’s) distribution of E-Titles and Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Region XII today, March 24, 2024 at South Cotabato Gym and Cultural Center, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

BARANGAY COLON, MAASIM, SARANAGANI PROVINCE ON CHAMPIONING ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIPS DURING THE 19TH WEEK OF BARANGAY KALINISAN DAY

For the 19th week of the Barangay Kalinisan Day, the DILG Dose showcased the commendable communal cooperation, dedication and commitment for environmental stewardship of Barangay Colon, Maasim, Sarangani Province.

At least 104 participants joined the clean-up drive composed of residents of Barangay Colon, 4Ps and TUPAD beneficiaries, local officials and personnel, members of the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Department of the Interior and Local Government XII last May 18, 2024. The activity cumulatively collected 250 kilos trash.

2ND RGADC XII MEETING HIGHLIGHTS COMMITMENT TO GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT

Twenty-six member-agencies of the Regional Gender and Development Committee (RGADC) XII convened at Mt. Sabrina Hotel, General Santos City to discuss and advance gender and development (GAD) initiatives in the region.

 

Jermie Erie Yeager, Chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), delivered the opening message on behalf Committee Chairperson Atty Rochelle D. Mahinay – Sero, CESE, emphasizing the importance of the discussions for regional development.

 

Presided by CGDH II Judith Janiolam, the committee meeting featured a strong agenda focused on fostering inclusive development.

Technical Documents Cliniquing Session for Rapid FMI

Davao City- The Department of Trade and Industry-National Project Coordination Office (DTI-NPCO) recently held a conference from May 13-17, 2024. The goal was to speed up the preparation of technical documents for targeted Municipal Local Government Units (MLGUs) and kickstart procurement this year.

The event, led by DTI-NPCO, focused on fast-tracking the documentation process needed for the Farm to Market Infrastructure (FMI) project. This project aims to strengthen local agricultural economies and promote sustainable rural development.
